Chiropractic care is about helping facilitate a healthy connection between our innate healing ability and the body.
The energies of the nervous system, spinal cord and brain can be hindered by misalignment of the spinal column caused by trauma or injury.
Skilled adjustment of the spinal column can help regain proper alignment, allow for optimal function of the neurological and musculoskeletal systems and also release associated energetic blocks, thus enabling healing to occur.
Your Chiropractor will assess you thorough a full history and examination to ensure that you are ready and able to receive Chiropractic adjustment on the day of your consultation.
We use Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) as the basis of our approach to Chiropractic, it is a gentle and comprehensive approach involving pelvic blocks, Cranial corrections and visceral massage to bring the body towards homeostasis.

The purpose of acupuncture is to restore the natural balance and harmony of energy within the body.
Acupuncture aims to balance and relax the body, through harmonisation of the energies of the body, otherwise known as Qui.
It is based upon TCM or Traditional Chinese Medicine. A TCM diagnosis is made through observing the tongue, feeling the pulse, asking TCM questions, making physical observations and other tests to determine a diagnosis.
Once a diagnosis is established a treatment program is made. Dietary advice and acupuncture is given.
Acupuncture is seen as a safe and effective remedy for:
Low back pain
Neck pain
Period pain and fertility problems
Headaches and migraines
Shoulder knee and other joint pain
Stress and anxiety
Digestive issues
Hay fever
